Positive Intelligence (PQ) is an evidence-based mental fitness framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, based on research across 500,000 participants and insights from neuroscience, cognitive behavioral psychology, and performance science.

At its core, PQ helps you identify the internal mental patterns, called Saboteurs, that quietly undermine your performance, relationships, and wellbeing. Through practical, repeatable exercises, you learn to interrupt these patterns and activate a more resourceful, resilient mindset.

A brief Saboteur Assessment is included for all participants and completed prior to the workshop.
