Intrinsic Lead is a coaching and consulting practice for service-hearted leaders who believe their influence is meant for something: for the people they lead, the organizations they build, and the world they're shaping, one decision at a time.
We believe the best leaders are self-aware, intentional, and fully equipped to wield their influence. Our work makes that possible.
The philosophy is simple: leadership is an inside job.
We don't start with your org chart or your KPIs. We start with you: how you think, what you value, and where the gap is between the leader you are and the one you want to be. That's where the real work happens, and it's where the changes that actually stick come from.

I founded Intrinsic Lead because the best leaders I know are not waiting to arrive somewhere. They are in it, navigating real complexity, and they deserve coaching that can match that. Honest, precise, and built around who they actually are.
I bring over a decade of experience across corporate, public, and philanthropic sectors, a Master's in Organizational Leadership, and a background leading teams, evolving systems, and advising at the executive level. Early in my career I supported Members of Congress and led the calendar and wellness team for Melinda French Gates, work that sharpened my instincts for operating where leadership, trust, and high stakes converge.
As an ICF-credentialed coach, I integrate energy leadership, mental fitness, and psychological safety into work that is direct, practical, and built to last.
